Job Purpose: To contribute to the growth and success of the Company through helping to support the Systems used within the Business. Main Responsibilities: The following job profile aims to guide the Training Facilitator towards the desired success level. It is measurable and achievable and can be a valuable tool to assess the individual s performance. It highlights the roles and responsibilities of the Training Facilitator with focus on key performance indicators and the performance level that is expected of the post-holder. Assisting with the ongoing training and development of all clinical/business platform users across company. Creating training materials and work instructions for the clinical platform and all departments with the direction of the Training Specialist. Become the Subject Matter Expert within the Learning and Development function for the Clinical Platform within the department. Ensure correct use of the Clinical Platform and maintain a high level of data quality, working with the Clinical Programme Manager in review and testing of the clinical platform as required. Ability to travel to support and train nurses/users on systems/ processes in the field. Maintain data relevant to team competencies and skills. Support the training specialists with development of competency assessments. Responsibility for compliance with training requirements and the maintenance of personal training records. Compliance with KPI targets set for the business. Adhere to all HR policies and procedures and all current security procedures to ensure the safekeeping of all company and customer property and all statutory and company regulations. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure the protection, safekeeping and confidentiality of all company and customer data and intelligence Liaise with internal departments regarding issues relating to the Clinical and Business Platforms. Identify opportunities to improve business processes within the team. Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication Skills High level of Computer literacy. Experience of using Dynamics 365 would be desirable but not essential. Knowledge of the Healthcare industry Excellent presentation skills Experience of Data entry High level of Accuracy Practical training experience in training and development initiatives, including designing, implementing and evaluating a variety of training solutions. Qualifications: Educated to GCSE Level. Personal Skills & Qualities: Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships by showing mutual respect, honour and integrity, strong professional image and personal credibility. Well-honed communication skills with a flexible approach. Be able to engage, listen and communicate in a variety of ways. Self-motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and industry. To be proactive and motivated responding positively to new challenges. Always adhere to and enforce the most up to date version of the Confidentiality and GDPR policies and ensure any breaches of either policy are reported immediately to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) Pharmacovigilance To be trained in pharmacovigilance ad report all patient safety events and product quality events you may become aware of, from any source, within required timeframes Good Distribution Practice To be trained in Good Distribution Practice and follow GDP standards at all times during the course of your work as defined in the Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (2013/C 343/01) Health & Safety Adhere to and enforce the most up to date version of the Health, Safety and Environmental policy at all times and ensure all Hazards, near miss, accidents, unsafe working practices and breaches of the policy are reported to the HSE responsible person within the Organisation
