Our client a major training organisation who have been established for many a year are looking for an experienced Training Administrator who has had experience of dealing with Apprentices as well as both funded and non funded government schemes. The industry in which these apprentices come from is irrelavent providing that you have had the experience of working with Apprenticeship schemes. Working hours are (Apply online only) Monday to Friday all office based and the client is looking t interview immediately if you fit the above criteria. Key Tasks To work with the Head of Apprenticeships, MIS and Compliance Manager, Operations and Delivery manager and tutors/assessors to implement, maintain quality and data processes, in line with ESFA/Ofsted requirements, escalating any concerns to the MIS and Compliance Manager. Produce weekly / monthly progress reports e.g, success rates as required by the MIS and Compliance Manager to support the Head of Apprenticeships in effective governance. To maintain procedures and processes, ensuring that key paperwork is collected and stored in accordance with Data Protection, GDPR and regulatory body regulations. To upload Apprenticeship Standards and Qualifications to the Learner Management System i.e. PICS/ILR/DSAT and any relevant online platforms. To be responsible for the accurate collection, upload and analysis of accurate learner, employer and provider data to meet specific deadlines that includes E portfolio and Department Data Management Tool. To carry out accurate eligibility checks to ensure learners meet ESFA/ESF funding rules and regulations. To support the MIS and Compliance Manager to analyse data from the ESFA DSAT tool and identify, resolve and review areas of concern to future proof the process, and feed monthly management reports. To continuously check and review data systems to ensure minimal data errors. To work collaboratively with the wider Apprenticeship Team and Finance team to ensure correct and relevant data and documents are collected in line with business processes and promoting effective working relationships. To identify and verify prior learning and exemptions at entry point and adjust funding allowances accordingly
