I am recruiting for one of my favourite clients based in the local Waltham Abbey area, this vacancy is an Administration position to cover maternity leave on a 6-9-month fixed term contract.
Office based - Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6pm.
First point of contact on reception - handling high volume calls, dealing with couriers, external visitors and assisting internal staff with any queries.
Making sure the reception area is kept nice and tidy. Offering refreshments. Distributing post and assisting help when needed.
Administration - scanning (lots of!), emailing, archiving, managing contract and heavy-duty documents, tracking documentation, and chasing various paperwork down.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who is tenacious, pro-active, confident with a great can-do attitude.
If you have previously worked within a busy office-based environment, this will certainly hold you in good stead.
