We are seeking compassionate and responsible candidates to become Residential Supervisors (RS). The RS has the responsibility of managing daily operations for one ACR residential group home. Each location is typically home to four individuals who have disabilities. This role requires 40-50 hours per week of direct care and administrative work.

RS/SRS/IRS Annual Base Salary increases as follows, and is in addition to the Longevity Bonuses offered:

The Residential Supervisor is either a live-in or live-out position. Live-in Residential Supervisors and their families, if applicable, live on site rent-free in a 2-3 bedroom live-in area of the home (estimated savings of $24,000/year). Salary starting at $40,000/year. $42,000/year for third year and beyond plus longevity bonuses. The Longevity Bonus structure is as follows:
After 2 years: $10,000
After the 3rd year: $ 2,500
After the 4th year: $10,000
After the 5th year: $ 2,500
After the 6th year: $10,000
This pattern of $10,000 on even years and $2,500 on odd years will continue as you continue in the position.
