Registered Nurse - Low Secure / Locked Rehabilitation Service Location: Caerphilly, South Wales Salary: £30,997- £37,618 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available depending on preference Shifts: Days, Nights or mixed shifts available About the job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or experienced registered nurse RMN or RNLD to work within a very positive, friendly and supportive rehabilitation hospital for adults with a primary diagnosis of a Learning Disability and may also present with a co-occurring mental illness . The Hospital has an excellent reputation and a good CQC recent rating. Service Details: 3 single sex wards for adults presenting mental health difficulties and offending behaviours in a low secure rehabilitation setting Preceptorship Programme: The Hospital has a strong commitment to provide support for newly qualified nurses. This is via a purpose built, structured and comprehensive preceptorship programme. The programme is completed over a 12 week period where you will be a fully supernumerary nurse. This allows you to fully immerse yourself into learning aspects of your new role, whilst having a nurse mentor to work alongside. Are you...? A newly qualified or experienced Registered Nurse ( RMN, RNLD ) ? The Hospital welcomes applications from Mental Health Nurses, Learning Disability Nurses and General Nurses. Full training and support will be given by your own designated mentor.
