There is a salary of up to £22,000 depending on experience plus an outstanding benefits package including holidays that increase to 29 days plus bank holidays AND your birthday off! We also offer a role with hybrid working with a mixture of office based and home based work. The role offers an excellent opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role. The Role of Recruitment Support:Working as part of the of a busy team in the Bolton town centre office you will be carrying out a varied admin support role while acting as first point of contact for our customers. Duties will include:

  • Carrying out resourcing to find candidates through various methods
  • Interviewing candidates to check suitability and ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Writing job advertisements and dealing with ad response
  • Working to deadlines in order to find suitable candidates for jobs
  • Managing a database of candidates, matching them to a variety of positions
  • Sourcing leads and new business opportunities for the sales team
  • Confidently dealing with customers and candidates
  • Working as part of a team to hit individual and team KPIs and targets
  • Resourcing candidates through a variety of proactive tasks

About you:This is a very busy and varied role and you will need to be confident, resilient and resourceful, show initiative and react quickly to challenging situations. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to develop new skills. Ideally you will have some experience in a similar recruitment resourcer, sales support or other admin support role and be looking for the next step with the chance to build a career although the right personality and attitude are the most important things. Skills in Word, Excel and administration skills are essential. Ideally you will have a full driving licence. Whats in it for you?
