Project Integration Engineer is required by mu global client. Duties Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Site Engineering Maintenance Manager Compliance, the Project Integration Engineer is key to the delivery of the the Site Engineering CAPEX process within the agreed safety, quality and timeline criteria. This is a proactive role, liaising directly with Site Engineering, Compliance and the Central Project Engineering Teams to deliver all elements of Early equipment management. The Project Integration Engineer's key duties include: Carrying out the Early Equipment Management process, including asset tagging, inputting assets to SAP CMMS, creating maintenance plans, assessing and ordering critical spares. Supporting the implementation and integration of all Site Engineering Projects working closely with the Project Integration Manager, engaging with all stakeholders throughout the process to highlight, plan and track all actions. Supporting delivery and tracking of Site Engineering Project KPI's. Participate and update progress in cross functional meetings between the Project and Engineering department Drive compliance and ensure all projects are delivered to the highest Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Standards, and that they comply with Legislation and Diageo Technical Standards. Support Site Engineering Maintenance team to deliver performance, increase reliability of equipment and create a continuous improvement culture. Skills Skills: Essential Excellent planning and organisational skills Excellent communication skills. Proficient in use of standard business (MS Office) Track record of involvement in asset care strategies. Desirable High level of change management experience and skills Knowledge of the industry s standards and regulations. System Engineering practices and processes. Knowledge of ME, lean methodologies, and RCM. Knowledge of Control of Contractor practises. Experience with SAP (or similar CMMS), Planned Maintenance, Environmental and Quality systems. Education Time served mechanical or electrical engineer This long term contract role falls within IR35 so a compliant payment solution must be used. The ideal candidate will come from a Electrical (electrician) or Building / Maintenance background and will have solid communication skills
