Due to internal growth, we have an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Administrator. You will be supporting the team with end to end payroll and assisting management to implement new processes. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with previous finance or payroll experience, who would like to take their career to the next step. Every day you will Run daily payrolls in the payroll system and distribute payments and payslips accordingly Be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all PAYE starter details, including accurate processing of bank details, P45 and other starter details. Accurately process all Ltd starter details, including accurate processing of bank in a timely manner in-line with compliance procedures Hold responsibility for any other Statutory Payment under PAYE (court orders, SMP, SSP, SPP). Resolve worker and front office queries in a timely, accurate and courteous manner by means of email, phone and timesheet query log. Assist Payroll Management to implement new procedures in order to evolve the department as required by business needs. Other ad hoc admin duties What s in it for you?
