We are currently recruiting for a hybrid / remote Administrator for a well established, progressive and inclusive client based in Corby that celebrates individuality.This is a pivotal role to ensure that customers enjoy a great experience, as a Partner Services Administrator you will be assisting with administration, invoicing and data processing. Main duties of the role will include -
  • Updating CRM records
  • Managing system support
  • Managing correspondence, invoicing and VAT exemptions when required
  • Providing support with other colleagues
  • Generate and check paperwork
  • Be single point of contact for queries and signpost queries across the organisation as needed
The ideal candidate will be passionate in making a positive difference across the organisation. Who is used to delivering a high standard in customer service, good attention to detail and able to work as part of a team or on their own.Having previous experience of working in a customer service and / or administration would also be an advantage.Working a flexible 35 hour week Monday - Friday working hybrid or remote.Interested ?
