Job Title: Marketing Manager - In House - Food and Hospitality Location: Soho, London Hybrid Working Salary: Upto £50,000 Experience Dependant About the Company We have partnered with a media publisher who is a staple within the food and hospitality community. They have been the publisher of a highly reputable and recognizable consumer-facing publication since 1951, offering guide reviews on the best restaurants, bars, hotels and cafes across the country (A foodies dream). They are looking to bring in a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. You will be responsible for implementing the day-to-day marketing tactics and executions for both their review publication and digital membership platform. The role will be shaped around you, and there is plenty of opportunities to learn on the job offering great career progression and a passionate drive team to support you About the Marketing Manager Role The successful candidate will support our marketing consultant to deliver all business-as-usual and monthly membership sales and engagement campaigns, and will be responsible for executing updates and optimisations across our channels whilst ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and objectives. Support with the delivery of marketing strategy and objectives (brand and membership sales) Implement day-to-day marketing executions and tasks as laid out in the annual marketing plan Coordinate content and information gathering required for all key project milestones Work closely with the Editorial, Partners and Membership teams to ensure close-knit integration of all marketing and communication channels and content Implement marketing channel updates to drive qualified member acquisition, engagement and referral (email, website, social, paid) Oversee the implementation of Social Media strategy (executed by the Social Media Manager) Analyse, track, and report on monthly marketing ROI based on predetermined KPIs, targets, and metrics Regularly collect and analyse data from internal teams, website activity, channel engagement and market research, making recommendations and optimisations to enhance performance Ideal skills and experience required for the Marketing Manager Role Relevant experience in the field, working towards ambitious growth goals Experience in membership or subscription marketing across all channels Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) able to work proactively in a busy environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines Competence in a general MarTech stack, with an enthusiastic ability to learn new processes and tech platforms: WordPress, Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, Canva, Google Analytics, G-Suite, CRM tools and more Demonstrate a solid understanding of our brands and the hospitality sector Thrive under pressure and relish the challenge of achieving new goals, seeking strong ROI in everything that you do Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas break; birthday off Employer pension contribution 2x charity days and 2x work in industry days per year £100 training budget per year (opportunity for more subject to business case) Cycle to work scheme (remote GP, mental health support, physio) Invitations to industry dinners and events.
