You'll be key to all things learning & development across the team. Whether you're onboarding and training or desk coaching, you'll work with everyone across the team to maximise their capability and help them reach their development aspirations.
You'll have the opportunity to make the L&D function your own, drawing on tools we have used previously, as well as creating your own processes and resources. You'll be able to introduce ways of working that suit your style! Prior to the pandemic we had an L&D role so we know the value it can bring, but we're keen for you to bring your ideas and make the role yours.
The L&D role will be split between delivering training for those new to recruitment, and developing experienced members of team, from Consultants through to Associate Directors. From deskside coaching, classroom sessions, personal development and succession planning and ad hoc training drop ins, you'll work with the team in a variety of ways to suit the situation and learning styles of team.
You'll know you're succeeding in this role when we're improving on our key business metrics, trainees are progressing in key skill areas at pace, experienced consultants have clear progression plans and are reaching promotion criteria quickly, and our productivity is flying because we're all receiving world class training!

We would consider this role on a part time and full time basis.
Experience of working in recruitment is essential.
