Junior IT Support Analyst, permanent Location: London Salary: £28,000 £30,000 pa (+ excellent benefits) My client are seeking a passionate Junior IT Support Analyst to join their team in London. Overview: As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you will be working with my clients highly experienced debt management team focusing on ensuring efficient IT operations. The role would suit a recent university graduate who has a passion for information technology. In this role there is the opportunity to learn about the software, hardware and cloud services used by a growing financial services company and how technology is used to drive digital transformation. You need to be able to work using your own initiative to diagnose and solve problems. Good communication and people skills are required as you will be interacting with other employees daily. There are excellent opportunities for growth and progression for the right candidate including learning about cloud technologies, full-stack web development and DevOps. You will be working with a team that relishes challenges, creativity and pursuing new and interesting technologies to help the organisation better manage assets for our clients. Responsible for: • Assisting users with desktop PC and audio-video (AV) queries • Assisting users with M365 services and applications such as: Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive • Purchasing, configuring, allocating, installing, and fixing computer hardware • Supporting the new employee on-boarding process • Adding content to the company website • Developing scripts and tools to automate processes • Day to day support for in-house developed solutions such as CreditHub Core Responsibilities: • Assisting in setting up new equipment for office-based staff and remote users • Support setup of desks and desk moves for office-based staff • Support employee on-boarding & leavers process • Maintaining inventories of IT equipment • Installation and maintenance of hardware and software • Maintain the company website (WordPress) • Provide first line support to CreditHub users • Improve and automate Business Processes Skills and Competencies: • Interest in IT with an understanding of modern technologies and a desire to progress within the industry • Working knowledge of computer hardware/software, PC Setup/configuration/troubleshooting • Problem solving & the ability to work well with others • Drive and determination to see problems through • Good customer service skills both for internal staff and clients Other skills required, essential or desired (e.g. Languages): Fluent in English (standard needed for clear business communication) Desirable to be able to speak another European language Spanish, German or Greek If you have the skills and experience above, apply for this exciting opportunity today
