ABN supplies animal feed to farmers up and down the UK, as our new Customer Support Co-ordinator you will join a busy, customer facing department responsible for processing customer orders and resolving queries over the phone and by email. the orders you take will need to be processed on different IT systems accurately and at pace so that farms receive the right feed for their animals.
We're a close, friendly team that work together to ensure our customers receive what they need. This often requires us to speak to people from different teams to ensure orders can be delivered in full and on time. When people have mastered the CSC role its not uncommon for them to progress into Team Leadership or other roles across our business.
Full training is provided so that your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and resolving any queries.
- Accurately maintaining the ABN database, ensuring that customer records are accurate.
- Building relationships with customers so that you are able to resolve any complaints or manage any deviations from planned supply effectively.
- Carrying out general customer service and office administration duties.
What we're looking for:
This is a great entry level role into our business with full training and support provided. We're looking for someone who can work at pace, use data systems accurately and who can manage multiple tasks at once. We'll provide the training you need and ask that you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a customer focused mindset. Experience in a customer service role would be beneficial but is not essential.
Location and contract
This role is based at our Peterborough Head Office on the Lynch Wood Business Park. The office has great public transport links, free onsite parking, onsite subsidised coffee shop and a friendly team culture. This role can be offered on a six or 12 month fixed term contract with a view to becoming a permanent role for the right person.
