Customer Service Coordinator - Immediate Start

Location: Buxton, SK17 9RZ. A hybrid working pattern will be available after a successful training period (9-12 months).Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience. Contract: Full time, permanent.

At Saica Flex Buxton we have an opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our close-knit team. Working within a small team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will provide internal customer account management and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and order fulfilment.

Customer Service Coordinator - Key Responsibilities

• Work in tandem with external sales on assigned customer accounts to maximise sales and profitability• Co-ordinate across internal departments to ensure OTIF is met• Monitor and manage the order intake• Act as primary point of contact for customer queries• Ensure customer information is maintained in the Company Management Systems• Participate in the development of customer account plans• Contribute to key customer review meetings• Actively participate in problem resolution relating to customer claims and service issues.• Work as part of a team to continually drive and improve customer satisfaction

What we need from you

• We are looking for self-motivated individuals, able to work in a fast-paced environment, with great attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.• You will need to be a strong team player, highly organised and with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload.• Competency in all Microsoft office packages is essential with at least intermediate level of excel.• You will have previous experience in a customer facing role and experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate a dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
