Permanent job opportunity for a Support Worker to join a dedicated staff team looking after children aged between 12-18 years who have a learning disability, and have been assessed as needing a residential placement. The service meets the needs of young people who have autistic spectrum disorders and those who have complex needs that may include challenging behaviour. An individual approach is taken in which our services adapt to meet the needs and wishes of the child and family. The successful candidate will have; relevant experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker, Teaching Assistant, or other relevant social care or education position a good standard of literacy.
