Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone inquiries
  • Promote and sell insurance products and services to call-in and referred prospects and/or current customers
  • Collect prospect information, research any questions/issues with other departmental personnel
  • Determines appropriate products/services to offer and close sales


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
  • Strong time management and decision making skills.

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
