The task at hand: You'll join us on a 6-month contract as a Billing Assistant within our busy billing team supporting and owning the monthly bill run process in addition to revenue and cost assurance tasks. This role is aimed at supporting the core billing team, during a large-scale billing migration programme across the Onecom Group. The Billing Assistant is responsible for the creation and ongoing administration of customer accounts on the company billing platform, along with supporting the billing team to generate accurate and timely customer invoices. Data input of relevant service charges and tariffs to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
