We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Director to sell high level creative services in the design and digital fields to a global client base. Have you got a background in selling impactful creative services that can transform a client s business? Do you understand and embrace US business culture? If so, we want to meet you. You will be responsible for finding, developing, and maximising revenue through new business leads and driving the growth of the business through new client acquisition globally your focus will be generating and converting (with the aid of the expert Ops team) new business leads in the US. Responsibilities: Work with the CEO and SVP of Client Success (both based in the USA) to develop the new business strategy and target markets primarily in the USA identify and qualify new opportunities build and develop a sales pipeline for new business prospects be responsible for identifying, establishing, and initiating C-suite/Director-level contacts host new business meetings shape and develop concepts for new business campaigns lead on sales pitches and presentations to win new business create and deliver proposals alongside our operators successfully convert opportunities and develop transactional business into accounts upsell services Refine, develop, and articulate the engagement messaging Drive new messaging though all media (internal and external, on- and off-line) Develop a digital media strategy to support both the new identity and strategic business plan Keep up to date with market research and industry analysis/trends Develop the PR and Media strategy to drive business development opportunities Contribute to the sales and marketing meetings Experience: proven B2B Sales in a creative agency environment extensive knowledge of selling creative service (ideally within the USA) understanding of digital ecosystems and the value they bring to organizations. excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and prospects at once strong commercial acumen to prepare and execute key account plans inner drive and dynamism required to exceed sales targets excellent analytical ability, written communication, and interpersonal skills advanced motivational and negotiation skills strong organizational skills and attention to detail professional attitude, conduct and appearance first-class Microsoft skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM tool and for running reports Travel to the US is a requirement ________ By applying for this job, you are choosing to accept Creative Personnel's .
