Administrator - Hybrid working Location Newcastle upon Tyne, full time fixed term contract until October 2023. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator within a growing national training provider at their headquarters in Newcastle. The position is available immediately due to expansion and is on a fixed term contract until December 2023. They are a growing provider with strong core values and are looking to add an experienced administrator to their team. The main purpose of the position is to carry out administration duties, support the provision of education programmes and the day to day operations working closely with the project manager. The package available for Administrator: • Basic salary of up to £18950. • Free parking. • 20 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown. • Reward and Recognition scheme. • Pension with employers contributions of 9%. • Social activities and events. Purpose of the role of Administrator: • To work with the project manager, ensuring all activity is compliant with ESF (European Social Fund) rules and regulations. • Prepare employer and learner paperwork by compiling and sorting information and establishing priorities. • Ensure accuracy of data at all times and that paperwork matches compliance requirements. • Ensure that security measures are followed to prevent unauthorised access to data in accordance with GDPR requirements. • Liaise with colleagues and respond to colleague and student enquiries in relation to the ESF project. • Prepare internal and external meetings venue booking, minute taking, etc where required, plus assist with marketing and events. • Produce monthly reports following data submissions of contract values and performance toward targets for senior managers. Skills, experience and qualifications required for the position of Administrator: • Relevant experience in an administration role. • Experience using excel/spreadsheets and SharePoint. • Ability to self-motivate and work under your own initiative. • Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent (Grade A to C or 4 to 9) • Business Administration Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
