Administrator Location: Aldershot Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am till 5:00pm Are you highly organised and do you have good Administration skills? Are you looking to further develop your skills and enter a new career? I have a brand new job opportunity to work for a successful financial services company. You ll receive 1-1 training and support and full training is provided, this role is excellent if you re looking for career progression and looking to work within a financial services firm. If you have no experience but have strong Administration skills this role would be excellent for you. Responsibilities: Manage telephone, internet and written enquiries in a quick and effective manner Communicating with clients, advisers, estate agents and solicitors to ensure all parties are briefed on progress Processing mortgage and insurance applications from start to finish and updating the required compliance data Undertake regular training and take responsibility for professional development Provide regular updates to clients Adhere to industry regulation and legislation guidelines at all times as set down by the Financial Conduct Authority and any other regulatory bodies Requirements: Excellent customer service skills Experience using various IT systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly Superb organisational skills and a proven track record in administration Clear communication skills both written and spoken Patience and problem solving skills
