A leading European financial institution is looking for an experienced administrative professional to support the Head of APAC, office operations and external communications

Responsibilities
  • Support senior management on business and secretarial matters, and act as gatekeeper for communications
  • Draft email correspondence on behalf of management for internal and external parties, and prioritized incoming requests that helped executives manage their time
  • Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, and database management to track legal documentation and agreements while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings, teleconferences and itineraries for business travels
  • Book travel arrangements including transport, accommodation and visa
  • Develop speeches, presentation decks for events and public engagements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional units and the Governor's Office on planning and execution of events, meetings and conferences
Requirements
  • University degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in business administration or office management within financial services industry or central bank
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, meet tight deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment, and work flexibly.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (word, spreadsheet, presentation), email, and internet tools
  • Familiarity with document management systems (eg Sharepoint)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent written and spoken English
